Pit Wolves are a metalcore band based out of Fitchburg, Massachusetts, who have been writing and working together on various projects for over seven years. The band is led by guitarists Rory Hart and Alex Gauvin, with Tom Hansen on vocals, Walt Bouchard on bass, and Shane Oakes on drums. Although inspired by other New England artists such as Killswitch Engage and All That Remains, Pit Wolves create a unique sound by fusing a wide range of metal sub-genres from the aggression of deathcore to the groove of nu-metal.

Pit Wolves shine best in front of an audience, where their high energy combines with their passionate lyrics to move the crowd both physically and emotionally. The band isn’t afraid to express themselves through their music, vulnerably exploring deeply personal topics such as mental health and trauma that many fans connect with. Their sincerity creates an authentic sound that is cathartic not only for the artists themselves, but for the crowd as well.

Their first single ‘Faceless’ was released early 2026, followed by their EP ‘Sickening’ later that year.
